Magazine Cover (Adobe photoshop)

We were tasked with selecting a real magazine cover and replicating it as closely as possible using Adobe Photoshop. The goal was to practice using graphic design tools, understand layout and typography, and pay close attention to visual details like color, alignment, and spacing. The final result needed to match the original cover in terms of composition, font styles, and overall design.

I started by carefully analyzing the original magazine cover—identifying the fonts, color palette, image placement, and layering techniques. Then, I sourced a high-resolution image similar to the original and imported it into Photoshop. From there, I recreated each element step by step, including text blocks, headlines, background treatments, and any graphic overlays. I used Photoshop tools like the pen tool, text adjustments, guides, and layer effects to match the original design as closely as possible. After multiple tweaks and refinements, I finalized the layout to mirror the original cover.
